Refund Policy
Cancellations made 60 days or more in advance of the event start date will receive a refund of all monies paid, less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 45-60 days in advance of the event start date will receive a refund of all monies paid, less the nonrefundable and nontransferable $200 deposit. Cancellations made less than 45 days before the event start date are not eligible to receive a refund, and all monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Meals
Snacks, coffee, and tea will be provided. Meals are not included but a variety of food options are available close to the school.
Lodging
The month of August is the busiest tourist season in Seattle, so it is recommended that you book your hotel immediately to ensure you are able to secure lodging at your desired location. Many hotels near the workshop location begin to sell out several months in advance.
