Laura Wade Shirley, Certificate Facilitator and Participant Care/Fellowship Supervisor for The Allender Center, is a wife, mother of three, therapist, and teacher. She graduated from Western Seminary in 2002 with a Masters in Counseling and worked in community mental health for three years, prior to opening a private practice in 2003, where she now sees clients in Seattle and Woodinville. Since 2006, Laura Wade has taught and supervised students at The Seattle School through practicum and case conference classes.
