Tina Farist
Facilitator
Through her own stories of loss and grief, Tina Farist has learned to sit with others without the need to fix or rescue them. She is a
Trauma informed Spiritual Director, a story work facilitator, and a trauma informed somatic coach. In these three intersecting roles,
she has learned to offer care for the mind, body, soul and spirit by creating safe spaces to unpack the stories of harm, brokenness
and loss while trusting the Divine to meet each person uniquely.
Tina has completed NFTC I, II, & III and is honored to be a facilitator for Narrative Focused Trauma Care I and the Racial Trauma Story Workshops for the Allender Center. Tina continues to offer soul care through the Transforming Center and group story work and individual care through Free to Be.
