Facilitator

I completed the Narrative Focused Trauma Care® (NFTC) Level III training at the Allender Center in 2023 and had the privilege of facilitating Level I during the 2023–2024 training year. As an RN, Internal Family System Practitioner, PLC, and NFTC Certified Facilitator, I bring experience in trauma-informed care, group facilitation, and whole-person healing. My work focuses on helping individuals and groups pursue greater freedom, meaning, and connection by making sense of their stories with curiosity, compassion, and hope. My greatest honor is guiding and witnessing people connect with themselves, God and others more fully.

Outside of NFTC, I host gatherings, lead retreats, facilitate groups, and coach individuals through my practice, Resilient Becoming. I live in Nebraska with my husband and youngest son and love spending time with our 5 children and spouses and grandchildren, who call me Gigi. You’ll often find me hosting, decorating, lifting weights, caring for my body, creating beautiful spaces, spending time with family and friends or enjoying conversations around the table.

What inspires me most about The Seattle School is its commitment to honoring the complexity of the human story. I’m grateful to be part of a community that believes healing happens through relationship, truth, and the courage to engage our stories with honesty, grace, and hope.
