Meg Folgado, LMHCA

Meg Folgado is a mental health therapist in the State of Washington. Having graduated with her MA in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology, Meg specializes in childhood trauma and abuse, and works with teens, adults and couples in her practice. Originally from Southern
Maine, Meg lived in New Jersey before residing in her current home in Seattle. With a background in the arts, operations and ministry, Meg is dedicated towards holistically approaching the mind, body and spirit together with an integrated understanding, putting psychology into conversation with physiology and spirituality, and engaging how we make meaning of our lives and how those stories keep us from growth and peace with our own selves and in relationship.

Meg has always been drawn towards story and creative storytelling, and loves the arts, travel, good food, being by the ocean, and intentional connection and play with loved ones and her charismatic poodle.
