Lora Kelley is a trauma-informed story work and life coach. She works primarily with individuals and groups. She is the host of The Storied Living Podcast which focuses on the arch of healing
through story, reconnecting mind and body. Lora began her journey into story work in 2016, pursuing certifications in narrative-informed trauma care (story work) through the Allender Center at The Seattle School of Psychology and Theology. In 2020, she was certified as a life coach, and then in 2022 as a Master Life Coach through the Life Coach School. She is a second-year fellow with the Allender Center, and she facilitates their NFTC-1 (Narrative Focused Trauma Care) and Story Workshop. Lora also writes songs and poetry. Lora currently resides in Charlottesville, VA with her partner of 14 years and their three children, ages 3, 10, and 13.
