Christine Browning, Ph.D., LPC/MHSP, NCC

Facilitator

Christine loves teaching graduate counseling at Milligan University where she has served since 2013. She also counsels women who have experienced deep harm. Part of Christine’s story includes starting undergraduate school at 42 because she was consistently told as a child that she could not learn. The Allender Center plays a major role in how she engages her own and others’ stories. Christine completed Narrative Focused Trauma Care Levels 1 and 2, Externship, and loves facilitating story workshops and NFTC training for The Allender Center. Her heartache has been redeemed through her story work and the joy she experiences in the company of others who are passionate about offering care through story work.
