When we think about childhood sexual abuse, boys are often overlooked. And yet, 1 in 6 boys experiences sexual abuse before the age of 18.

This statistic doesn’t take into account the countless others who have been sexually violated through pornography, bullying, or what are often considered “normal” sexual experiences. There are vastly more boys and young men who have been abused than we know.
