Tina Farist is a Story Workshop facilitator (Narrative Focused Trauma Care® Level I), somatic coach, and spiritual director who integrates all three modalities in her work with clients — attending to the story, the body, and the sacred as interwoven paths toward healing.

Outside of client work, she can be found on the yoga mat, out on a hike, tending her garden, or spending time with family — practices that keep her grounded in the same embodied presence she invites her clients into.
