Diane Summers, MS, RDN, CD

Facilitator

Diane is a nutrition therapist/dietitian whose work over the past 20+ years has focused on helping amazing humans of all shapes & sizes heal their relationship with food & their bodies. She works across the spectrum of struggles, from active, full-blown eating disorders to folks who want targeted story work around childhood traumas of feeding, eating, movement/sport, and body image. She engages the realms of desire, hunger, pleasure, and arousal as they meet at the intersection of sexuality and food. Much of her work with survivors of sexual abuse is in reclaiming the goodness of living fully embodied, including the JOY of eating! She is 100% grounded in a Health at Every Size®️, Intuitive Eating framework which supports long-term healing and health.

Diane is a dog lover, a huge proponent of neighboring and just being present to those right in proximity, and low tide fan often working her summer schedule around when the tide will be out. She believes in the power of traveling to other cultures and relishing in delightful food experiences with people she loves. She is an aunt to six and godmom to two and adores all eight with every ounce of her heart.
